The Cambridge dictionary defines the following term as:
side hustle
a piece of work or a job that you get paid for doing in addition to doing your main job:
While there are all types of side hustles (freelancer, creators, sellers of products and/or services, investors, hobbyists, etc), they provide an opportunity to pursue things you have an interest in expanding or providing the freedom financially that provides an alternative to a 9-5 day job.
